Terms of Service

Last updated: October 1, 2026

These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) set out the conditions for using Shiftto (the “Service”). By using the Service, you are deemed to have agreed to these Terms.

Article 1 (Description of the Service)

The Service is a free web tool that supports collecting shift availability and auto-assigning shifts for one-off events such as school festivals and club activities. No account registration is required; the Service is operated with a URL issued per event and an optional admin PIN.

Article 2 (Prohibited acts)

The following acts are prohibited when using the Service.

Article 3 (Management of the PIN)

The admin PIN set when creating an event must be managed at your own responsibility. If no PIN is set, anyone who knows the event's participant URL can open the admin screen. The operator is not liable for damages caused by loss or leakage of a PIN.

Article 4 (Data retention period)

Event data has a retention period of roughly 30 days from creation, and may be deleted without notice after it expires. Please keep important data yourself by printing or exporting it to CSV.

Article 5 (Disclaimer)

Article 6 (Display of advertising)

To sustain the Service, ads from third-party vendors such as Google may be displayed. Ad content is determined by the vendors' standards, and the operator does not guarantee it.

Article 7 (Changes to the Terms)

The operator may change these Terms without notice when deemed necessary. The revised Terms take effect from the time they are posted on this page.

Article 8 (Governing law)

These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan.
